Thru our platform, there are many different ways you can use our services to reach new clients, As you’ll be found and reached easily–for that to happen we must share part of the information we collect from you on the website so as when the demand occur for a particular product listed on the website your company name appears. We want you to be clear how we’re using this information and the ways in which we protect your privacy.

We collect the Suppliers information to provide better services to all of our users – Such as: Product color line, Company Location, Company Address and Services specifications.

We collect information in the following ways:
  • Information you give us. 
    For example, many of our services require you to sign up for a StoneTracker Account. When you do, we’ll ask for the full company information, such as Business and Fantasy name, email address, telephone number and a full authorization and Consent of the use of your company name, logo and product images.
    • Companies Private information:
      We do not share the Private information we collect from the Companies that are registered with us.
    • Color Line information
      All the color images and services information provided will be shared and displayed for our users to access it and provide a full search at for their business use. Information about the users will not be displayed, unless a particular user contacts you directly.
    • Company Location
      We may collect and share our registered Suppliers location in order to facilitate access by our users to find and reach you.

How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect from our registered suppliers to display your services and product line in order to give to our users, potential importers and Stone users, an easy access to the products they need. By finding the product they need they will have access to your company contact.

Information you share

Many of our services let you share your company basic information and color line with others. Remember that when you share information publicly, it may be indexable by other search engines as well.

Accessing and updating your Company information

Whenever you use our services, we aim to secure your company information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes.

We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you request us to deactivate your account, we may not immediately delete it, we will only deactivate in case you may want to be back again.
